Websites for Lawyers & Law Firms in Vienna

Clients are not looking for a firm. They are looking for someone who has solved their problem before, and they type the case: dismissal, tenancy, divorce — usually with a deadline running. We build firm sites that explain each practice area in the client's words and keep the route to a first consultation short.

How clients in Vienna choose a law firm

A client is not looking for a firm. They are looking for someone who has solved their problem before.

People search for the case, not the profession: "contest dismissal Vienna", "tenancy lawyer 1030", "amicable divorce cost". Anyone searching like that is usually under pressure — a deadline is running, a letter is on the table. They compare a handful of results and look hardest for one thing: does this firm deal with exactly my problem?

A page that lists "civil law, criminal law, commercial law" does not answer that. One that describes each area in the words the affected person uses, and explains how a matter actually proceeds, answers it in two paragraphs — and gets found for the searches people really type.

The second factor is trust. A legal problem involves money, reputation or family. Plain statements about how a first consultation works, what it costs and how quickly you reply lower the barrier more than any visual design. We build the page around exactly that.

Why Your Firm Needs a Professional Website

Potential clients and referrers expect to find you online. A well-structured website builds trust and makes it easy for them to take the next step. Without one, you depend on referrals and listings you don't control. A good law firm website helps you:

  • Show up on Google when people search for your practice areas or location
  • Present your practice areas, team, and expertise clearly
  • Let clients send enquiries without calling first
  • Reduce repetitive questions by answering common ones upfront
  • Build credibility with a professional first impression

What We Build for Law Firms

Beyond a standard website, we can integrate tools that make your firm easier to find and easier to contact.

Practice Area Pages

Dedicated pages for each area so clients quickly see what you offer and how you can help.

Lawyer & Team Profiles

Introduce your partners and associates so clients know who they might work with.

Contact & Enquiry Forms

Structured forms for initial enquiries so requests are clear and easy to handle.

Location & Office Information

Clear address and contact details, with a map if needed.

Imprint & Compliance

Imprint and legal pages that meet Austrian requirements.

Mobile-Friendly Design

Every site we build works perfectly on all devices.

AI & Automation

We can also integrate AI and automation — from FAQ chat widgets and lead qualification to appointment reminders, content support, and industry-specific tools — so your website works harder for you.

What Vienna specifically changes

Hundreds of firms fight over “lawyer Vienna”. You will not win that fight — and you do not need to. What you can win is practice area plus place: “employment lawyer Vienna”, “tenancy law firm 1070”. Less competition, clearer intent: whoever searches like that needs a firm now. So your practice area and the city go into the title and the main heading of every page. Those are the searches that bring cases.

Your profession sets rules for your website: professional conduct, a complete imprint, your bar membership. We set all of that up correctly, so the site convinces without stepping out of line. And your legal wording is used verbatim — nothing changes without your approval.

05

Privacy & GDPR Compliance

We build with data protection in mind — secure forms, compliant data handling, and hosting within the EU so your firm stays in control of where data is stored.

06

How We Work

We start by understanding your firm — your clients, your practice areas, and what you need the website to do. Then we plan, design, develop and test, and launch. You get a site that's easy to manage and supported long-term.

Common questions about a law firm website

What does a website for a law firm cost?

A clearly structured firm site with practice areas, team, first-consultation information and a contact route falls into our Starter package from €499. If you want more — a client area with a login, or a structured intake form per practice area — the Build package starts at €1,499.

Will my firm be found on Google?

We put the groundwork in place: one page per practice area, titles and headings carrying the area and the city, fast loading, a clean structure for the crawler. What we do not promise is a ranking — Google decides that. What we do promise is that no technical obstacle stands in the way of your visibility.

Am I even allowed to advertise like this as a lawyer?

Your professional rules limit advertising, and you know them better than we do. So we write factually and put every text in front of you before it goes live. Wording with professional-conduct significance is changed only on your instruction.

Can clients send documents securely?

It is possible, but it belongs in the Build package, because it needs a protected area with accounts and a safe place to store files. For a first contact an encrypted form without attachments is usually enough — it keeps the barrier low and the data store small.

Who maintains the site afterwards?

Small changes — a new practice area, a new person on the team — we handle under our Care package from €300 per month, billed on work actually done. If you would rather maintain it yourself, we set the site up for that and hand it over with a plain-language guide.
